Please ensure you come with clean eyelashes completely free of eye creams, eye make-up and mascara. We will have to reschedule the appointment if you arrive with any of those eye products on, because the oils in those products impact the retention of the Eyelash Extensions.

If you can't attend your eyelash extension appointment please ensure you cancel it online in plenty of time. Many email + text reminders are sent to you to remind you to confirm your appointment.

Cancellation Fees:

No Fee -Evening before 

50% Fee -On the day 

100% Fee -Confirmed your appointment online, then didn't attend.
